Job Descriptions
1.รับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า วิเคราะห์แล้วนำไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า 2.เดินทางไปดูปัญหาที่หน้างาน เพื่อรับข้อมูลจริงและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า 3.สรุปรายงาน claim and complaint ประจำเดือน 4.ควบคุม KPI ด้านคุณภาพ 5.ช่วยงาน QC ในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า ตัดสินใจ และสรุปผลการตรวจสอบ 6.ช่วยงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อหาผู้รับเหมาในงานบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่ 7.ดูแลบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือตรวจสอบคุณภาพ 8.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 24-40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาตร์, วิศวกรรมอุตสหการ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความสามารถในการแก้ไข และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาได้ดี
  4. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี
  5. มีความรู้เรื่องระบบคุณภาพ, เครื่องมือวัด และความรู้พื้นฐานระบบ ISO 9000
  6. สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา หาสาเหตุ และหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาได้
  7. สามารถทำงานในภาวะที่มีความกดดันสูงได้ดี
  8. มีทัศนคติที่ดี และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  9. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประกันคุณภาพและควบคุมคุณภาพไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี
  10. มีทักษะในการจัดการกับความต้องการของลูกค้า ข้อเรียกร้อง และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
  11. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดี
  12. สามารถเดินทาง กทม. และ ปริมณฑล ได้
