Job Descriptions
1. การนัดหมาย และประสานงานกับบุคคลภายในและภายนอก เช่น ลูกค้า, หน่วยงานราชการ, Supplier 2. จัดทำรายงานประมาณการขาย ยอดขาย และรายงานสรุปรายเดือน, รายไตรมาส, รายปี 3. จัดทำ Presentation ให้กับผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายเพื่อใช้ในการประชุมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร 4. จัดทำ Sale Order สนับสนุนฝ่ายขาย 5. จัดทำ Work Flow ของฝ่ายขาย 6. ติดตามงานที่ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายมอบหมายให้แต่ละแผนกดำเนินการ 7. ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายอื่นๆ
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 27 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหาร การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรการขาย อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน MS.Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีไหวพริบปฏิภาณ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
