1) Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Build a talent pipeline by maintaining a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
2) Recruitment Process Management:
- Collaborate with the Clients’ hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and via phone/video, to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other selection methods.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3) Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position.
- Present qualified candidates to the Clients’ hiring managers and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Participate in the negotiation of job offers and facilitate the acceptance and onboarding process.
4) Recruitment Strategy and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the HR Operations team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.
