Job Descriptions
-รับผิดชอบปรุงอาหารญี่ปุ่น ประเภท ผัด ทอด ย่าง และเมนูอื่นๆ
-ดูแลพนักงานในครัว
-รับผิดชอบการตรวจสอบสต็อค หรือวัตุดิบภายในครัว
-ประมาณการค่าใช้จ่าย การสั่งวัตถุ
Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a chef, preferably in Japanese cuisine/ประสบการณ์หลายปีในการเป็นเชฟ โดยต้องเป็นประสบการณ์ในอาหารญี่ปุ่น
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation styles/ความรู้ลึกลงในวัตถุดิบญี่ปุ่น วิธีการทำอาหาร และสไตล์การนำเสนอ
- SStrong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of kitchen staff/ทักษะในการนำทีมสั่งการและสื่อสารที่ดีเพื่อจัดการทีมครัว
- Ability to create and modify menus, and ensure that all dishes meet quality standards/สามารถสร้างเมนูและปรับเปลี่ยนได้ และตระหนักถึงมาตรฐานคุณภาพของทุกเมนู
- Good time management and organizational skills/ทักษะในการจัดการเวลาและการจัดระเบียบอย่างดี
