Job Descriptions
ความรับผิดชอบ:
• พัฒนาธุรกิจโดยการจัดประชุมและนำเสนอการขายผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของ IFS ให้กับลูกค้า
• หาตลาดลูกค้าใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านการโทรหาลูกค้าใหม่ การสร้างเครือข่าย และช่องทางอื่น ๆ ที่เหมาะสม
• ตอบรับความต้องการของลูกค้า คำนวณค่าใช้จ่าย จัดทำและติดตามใบเสนอราคา และปิดการขาย
• นำเสนอบริการของ IFS และโน้มน้าวให้ลูกค้าเห็นว่าบริการของ IFS จะช่วยให้ธุรกิจของพวกเขาประสบความสำเร็จได้อย่างไร
• จัดการประชุมติดตามกับลูกค้าเพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจและสร้างยอดขายเพิ่มเติม
• ให้มั่นใจว่าเป้าหมายการขายได้รับการบรรลุตามที่กำหนด
• รักษาความรู้ที่ทันสมัยเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (FM) และความต้องการของตลาด
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other channels
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals
• Update sales activity and opportunity details in the CRM system and create sales report as required
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Responsible for assigned sales target
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in security services would be an advantage
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Open minded, creative and flexible
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
