Job Descriptions
-Work with and support all function of HR&GA Dept. such as Recruitment, Welfares, Employee relations and General Affairs
-Support Monozukuri Management Tune-up activity(5S)
-Support ISO and IATF 16949 systems.
-Contact and coordinate with the outsource and select employees
-Control all documents of HR department.
-Liaise with government agencies as required by law.
-Other Assignment from Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Male 25 years old.
- Advance Vocation Certificate-Bachelor's Degree. Major Human recourse, Management or any field related.
- Experience than more 1 years upper
- Computer Skill Microsoft office as well.
- Good communication skill.
- Knowledge of IATF16949 System
- Good relationship and leadership, strong working, Driving a car with a driver's license.
