Job Descriptions

- Guarantee to the client the best quality level for their products, starting at the development phase until the end of the production and feedback of the client. - To elaborate a quality approach allowing the company to reach the quality level expected of the customer - through referential/organization/communication. - Responsible of the respect of the development delivery committed with the customer, the strict application of quality standards of the customer and the respect of the finish product delivery. - To be the first point of effective communication for the customer. - Provide to customer documents as sales confirmation, production plan and tracker of delivery in a weekly basis. - Promote and present company image to customer and business partners. - Ensure proactive approach in customer relationships. - Collaborate with cross-department team in execution initiatives and activities in order to achieve customer satisfaction - Other duties as Product Director / Managing Director assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors or higher degree in related fields.
English fluent, French is a plus.
Project management in a high variability environment.
High relational skills and empathy competencies with stakeholder, internal and external.
High organization and capacity to synthesis the “big picture” of the situations.
Notion about industrial and manufacture production.
Lean management knowledge is a plus.
