Job Descriptions
-Conducts in-depth market research, analyzing trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. -Analyzing data to identify potential new markets, products, services, or partnerships. -Price negotiation with customer in each stage and maintenance price master. -VE/VA and cost down (be team for customer cost down activity for support price information). -Support customer and internal requirements. -Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the automotive parts. -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business success, plan customer visits, and listen to customer comments and complaints. -Promote and market the company's range of automotive parts to customers through various channels. -Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. -Feasibility of preparing and kicking off a new model for the APQP team. -To follow up on company policy , procedure. -Support and take care of all customer visit processes. -Support for other jobs that assignment from supervisor or manager, etc. [LOOKING FOR ONLY CHINESE SPEAKING]
Qualifications
  1. Age 30-39 years old (male or female)
  2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or other related fields
  3. 5 years or more experience in sales or OEM
  4. Able to work in Rayong
  5. Able to communicate, speak, and read Chinese
  6. Experience in sales in the automotive business
  7. Have leadership and can manage subordinates in the team.
  8. Have basic reading ability
  9. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  10. High level of initiative and motivation.
  11. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  12. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
