Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is highly desirable.
Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
