Job Descriptions

Working: Mon-Fri (8:-0 - 17:ๅถ) Location: Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi (AIES) Duties: - Oversee all HR activities across the operations; recruitment, ER, manpower planning, training & development, compensation & benefits, and all other HR related activities to support the business needs. - Supervise HR staff on review payroll calculations includes Attendance, OT, Gasoline, Allowances, PND.1, SSF, deduction, expats related handling, etc. - Create monthly reports with data analysis relating to HR for Management (attendance, leave record, etc.) - Create agreements, forms, notices, rules & regulations including review and revise for improvement. - Support and be contact point for government units relating to employee and company; DSD, Labour Dept., SSO, etc. - Control and manage PDPA process, update It from time to time as required by law. - Be contact point of employees for giving advice, information, detail upon employees' requirement. - Ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.

Qualifications

Female (Age 30-40 years)
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
5 – 8 years of work experience in in HRM/HRD; recruiting, payroll, training, labor law, employee relations, etc./ Admin.; data record, expats handling, contact government, VISA & Work Permit, etc.
Have experience in using HRIS software; HumanOS, Workday, Bplus HRM, or any similar.
Good command in English language
