Human Resource
1. ดำเนินการจัดรับพนักงานใหม่ จัดทำสัญญาจ้าง
2. ดำเนินการทำจ่ายเงินเดือน ค่าล่วงเวลา ค่าทำงานในวันหยุด เงินพิเศษอื่นๆ และ รายละเอียดการหักและนำส่งภาษี / ประกันสังคม
3. ประสานงานและดำเนินการต่างๆ กับสำนักงานประกันสังคม และกรมสรรพากร
4. จัดทำข้อมูลและตรวจสอบสถิติการทำงานของพนักงาน (ขาด, ลา, มาสาย) แต่ละเดือน
5. ให้บริการด้านสวัสดิการต่างๆ แก่พนักงาน
6. ภารกิจอื่น ๆ
7.ต้องการภาษา: ภาษาพม่า ภาษาจีน หรือภาษาอังกฤษ
Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese-Thai
- At least 3-5 year experience
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา
- มีความอดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความดันได้
- Able to drive a car and have a driver's license.
- Responsible Able to follow up on work as scheduled
- Computer Literacy (Word/excel/powerpoint)
