Job Descriptions• Responsible for all HR activities across the operations involving recruiting, employee relations,
manpower planning, employee training, benefits administration, and all other human resources
related activities necessary to support the business needs
• Salary calculation includes Attendance, OT, Gasoline, Allowance, PND.1, SSF, deduction, etc.
• Prepare for VISA, Work Permit, residence of staff and their families
• Manage insurance (Health, Accident, Facility, etc.) and Health Check-up
• Coordinate with Management and update of new organization chart twice per year
• Coordinate, plan, and make necessary arrangements for the big meetings and conferences
• Plan and arrange company’s / corporate’s events
• Oversee all company’s drivers and vehicle
• House-keeping control and manage of in-house cleaners and contracts renewal
• Inventory control and track stock order and distribution of Uniforms
• Provide monthly, weekly and report to top management
