Job Descriptions
•Prepare documents about monthly closing and report to Japanese Manger
•Prepare and disburse Quotation, Invoice, Purchase Order to customers
•Management Account Payable/Account Receivable (Main system: excel)
•Data migration to the new system(New system:Simlex)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting Field
- At least 3 years of experience as Accounting Officer in Small Size Company
- Possess CPD License
- Good command of English (Only internal conversation, and have to report to Japanese Person)
- Basic skill of Excel
