Job Descriptions• Managing and overseeing all HR and GA functions.
• Handle Full-loop Payroll process including overtime, commission calculate and prepare related reports timely:
Personal Tax, social security, provident fund, education loan department etc.
• Prepare employee’s related report e.g., headcount report, salary report, Attendance Report,employee’s profile,
etc.
• Being a contact person on any issues relating to the employee’s database in HR System.
• Handle visa & work permit for foreign employees.
• Arrange company activities.
• Handle office management such as ordering supplies, handling maintenance requests and equipment, arranging
regular meetings, taking minutes.
• General supporting any other member of the team.
• Other tasks as assigned.
