Job Descriptions
Manage Customer Service Team
•Help manage current customer accounts.
•Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
•Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
•Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
•Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
•Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
•Booking track
•Arrange custom clearance with shipping team
•Support for Japanese boss’s sales.(Sometimes this position VISIT client with Japanese boss for translation THAI to ENGLISH)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- CS Experience in Forwarder for more than 5 years (handling operation by him/herself) (Mainly Sea Forward)
- Have Subordinate in Previous Company
- Good Command in English (Speaking and Writing)
- Have ever worked at Japanese logistics company
