• Design, implement, and adhere to training and development plans.
• Summarize training results, track, or collaborate on evaluating training outcomes.
• Create, control, and monitor the Organization Chart, Job Descriptions (JD), and On-the-Job Training (OJT) to ensure alignment with system standard requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labor skill development laws (Labor Skills Development Act).

Summarize and prepare KPIs/PIs for training activities.
Recruitment:
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including employment agreements.
• Summarize and prepare PIs for recruitment activities.
• Manage compliance with laws related to the employment of people with disabilities and coordinate with relevant authorities.
• Cooperate with recruitment agencies
• Responsible for internship programs for students.
• Coordinate 5S activities and other tasks as assigned.
