Job Descriptions
- Establish and maintain positive relationships and a cooperative work environment among all employees in the logistics department. - Foster teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication. - Adhere to and enforce the company's policies, rules, and regulations. - Ensure that all team members follow the established procedures and regulations to maintain high standards of work. - Maintain discipline within the logistics team in line with company policies, rules, and regulations. - Address behavioral or performance issues promptly, ensuring adherence to the company’s expectations. - Carry out additional tasks as delegated by the superior or department head. - Provide support in any other logistics-related projects or duties as required by management. - Establish and maintain a strong awareness of quality, environmental, and safety standards across the logistics team. - Promote a safe working environment and ensure that logistics operations comply with environmental and safety regulations. - Ensure compliance with all relevant legal safety requirements for the logistics department. - Respond to and manage safety concerns effectively, ensuring the safety of all employees and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female age 38 - 43 years old up.
  2. Bachelor's degree of Logistic or Relate fields.
  3. At least 13 years work experience in Logistic and Warehouse Function.
  4. Experience in Automotive parts.
  5. Have knowledge about implement ISO9001 / ISO14001 / IATF16949
  6. Good communication & Human relation.
  7. Good English language skill and good computer proficiency.
  8. Management skill and team work manage ability.
