Job Descriptions●To receive customer order and issue PO to factory including handle process of shipment to customer.
●To follow up and monitoring shipment from factory and update information to customer including negotiation with customer and factory incase shipment schedule was changed from plan.
●To handle internal and customer queries and communicate with concerns member for requirement needed.
●To receive order from factory and issue PO to oversea including support import process from oversea to factory in Thailand.
●Participates on company's activities to maintain functional relationships with other operational and organization department.
Qualifications - Thai nationality male or female age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least proven 3-5 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service of Automobile or related field.
- A team player.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Service-minded and able to work under pressure.
- Having Business English skills. (TOEIC score : 550 up)
- If having Japanese skill (communication level-N3) will be considerated.
- Computer skills (Microsoft)
