Job Descriptions
1. Office management e.g. reception, company cars and drivers, parking, chefs and kitchen, canteen, maids, gardener, rental house for employees, etc. 2. Control indirect inventory stock and spending. 3. Manage administrative Safety and facility 1. บริหารจัดการสำนักงาน เช่น แผนกต้อนรับ, รถบริษัทฯ และพนักงานขับรถ, ที่จอดรถ, ครัวและแม่ครัว, โรงอาหาร, แม่บ้านทำความสะอาด, คนสวน, บ้านเช่าสำหรับพนักงานต่างชาติ ฯลฯ 2. ควบคุมสต็อกวัสดุ และการเบิกใช้วัสดุ 3. บริหารทีมงานธุรการ safety และซ่อมบำรุง
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Chinese , Business Administration or related fields
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative and Safety Management
  3. Good planning with a sense of urgency.
  4. Speak Chinese (Mandarin)
  5. Service mind
  6. ปริญญาตรี ภาษาจีน , อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
