Job Descriptions
1. Establish a training master plan in accordance with training needs and business objectives. 2. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements. 3. Develop and update training materials and manuals. 4. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address specific training needs. 5. Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and career development. 6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. 7. Developing and implementing training program. 8. Handle HR PMS evaluation system all loops. 9. Designing and implementing innovative learning and development programs to upskill employees and build leadership capabilities. 10. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HROD, HRD, Education, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HRD or in a similar role
  3. At least 3 years of experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS) and KPIs.
  4. Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.
  5. Have analytical thinking skills and have creative thinking skills.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Knowledge in Labor Law.
  9. Over 3 years’ experience in HR in the Manufacturing business will be an advantage.
  10. Ability to communicate in English.
  11. Good computer skills (MS Office).
