Job Descriptions

1. Answer questions and resolve customer issues. 2. Provide information to customers when they ask questions and help resolve urgent issues. 3. Collect and document customer information via telephone and email. 4. Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor. 5. Prepare company information, enter data into the computer, and manage documents. *Experience in real estate management is an advantage. Working Hours: After work hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Weekends and public holidays

Qualifications

Proficiency in Thai and English. Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
Good personality, hardworking, and familiar with Microsoft Office software.
Ability to work specified hours and be available on weekends and public holidays.
