Job Descriptions
• Supports production in the resolution of process issues. • Supports Process Engineering with process and equipment qualifications, process evaluation, and process improvements. • Fabricates and maintains manufacturing jigs / fixtures. • Performs daily set-up of Back-of-Line equipment, wave-soldering machine and aqueous cleaner. • Performs set-up and layout of manual assembly lines • Performs routine preventive maintenance of wave soldering machine and Back-of-Line equipment. • Compiles and analyzes statistical data for critical processes. • Creates profile boards and sets up profile parameters for wave soldering and re-flow machines. • Has the authority to make decisions and take proper action in support of production processes quality and yield. • Any additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma/High Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Electronics or related fields.
  2. 3+ years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing with SMT/HLA/Wave/Selective Wave/Hand Soldering experience or equivalent.
  3. Experience in hardware assembly/final assembly (soldering iron skill) in PCBA assembly process is an advantage.
  4. Able to work on shifts-rotation basis.
  5. Can communicate in English both written and spoken.
