Job Descriptions

• Overseas Logistics Operations - Verify shipping documents of import/export for 100% accuracy. - Generate/Calculate cargo usage per week/month in each month. - Receive purchase order from customers and provide purchase order to suppliers. - Checking documents to correct data before submitting to account department by ERP system. - Prepare monthly report of Inventory, Shipment, Accounting etc. • Planning overseas logistics operations. • Coordinate with customer, suppliers, and forwarder, checked job details in transportation. • Support supervisor jobs, when requested. (Oversea logistics activity). • Logistics Improvement Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
More than 3 years’ experience in Import/Export, or logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP system is a plus
English communication skill (Equivalent to TOEIC 600 up)
Knowledge of shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF) and customs clearance regulations
Understanding of import/export process, tariffs, and other international trade regulations
