Job DescriptionsAssistant Tasks:
• Providing secretarial and administrative tasks for the Branch Manager.
• Manage and maintain daily schedule and appointments.
• Review and prioritize incoming documents. Organizing International meetings and local conferences.
• Preparing minute of meetings (MOM), meeting notes, support materials and presentations.
• Follow up the work progress, action plan of all functions, closely working with executives.
Project coordinator tasks:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, objectives, and milestones.
- Assist in creating project schedules.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and report on key metrics.
- Maintain project files and ensure proper version control of project documents.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations, and document outcomes.
- Track and update project expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Other required by management.
