Job Descriptions
- ติดตาม ยอดลูกค้างชำระเงิน ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท (ด้าน AR)
- สอบทานการรับชำระเงินของลูกค้าไม่ให้เกิดความผิดพลาดและเกิดการทุจริต ด้าน AR)
- ดูแลเอกสารและประสานงานการรับชำระเงินของลูกค้า (ด้าน AR)
- ตรวจสอบการจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้ให้เป็นไปตามแผนและนโยบายของบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบและรวบรวม รายการ ทั้งขารับและขาจ่าย
- กระทบ Bank Statement ขาจ่าย
- ติดตามและดูแลเงินทดรองและเงินสดย่อย พร้อมทั้งการเครียร์รายการเงินทดรองเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น
Qualifications
- เพศชายหรือหญิง
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงิน ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ด้านบัญชี/การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
