Job Descriptions
1 Develop and maintain financial models for analyzing financial return and performance for management 2 Conduct market reviews for reasonable assumptions in the feasibility studies for business development opportunities 3 Study corporate shareholding structure for new investment project 4 Being involved in due diligence process and conducting financial models & valuation for joint venture and M&A projects. 5 Analyze financial statement, financial ratio and business data for evaluate financial and business conditions 6 Create a convincing presentation with appropriate analysis for decision of management 7 Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties on matters relating to a new joint venture and/or M&A 8 Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics
  2. 1-3 years of experience in finance, cash flow projections and financial analysis
  3. Excellent interpersonal relations and be able to work effectively as a team
  4. Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with an ability to maintain a rapid pace without sacrificing quality.
  5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
