Job Descriptions
Handle customers inquiries via telephone, e-mail and front counter to provide information and problem resolution in accordance with Organization’s service standard
1. Receive telephone calls, answer customer inquiries and follow-up information to serve customer’s need
2. Answer customer inquiries through e-mail
3. Provide information, coordinate with documents submission and answer inquiries to customer at front counter
4. Keep record of customer complaints, customer calls and customer inquiries for management report
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 0-3 years’ experience in customer service.
- Computer literacy
- Good in communicating and writing in English (TOEIC Score 300)
- Excellence in interpersonal skill, communication skill and service mind
