Job Descriptions
1. Standardization: Develop and create quality standard documents to standardize its factory and product specifications Preview and improve quality system and process control to ensure effective implementation of standards Collaborate with production colleagues to ensure quality requirements are implemented and documented, and relevant changes are applied and effectively documented Analyze and report quality issues, and develop corresponding improvement measures Continuous improvement of process technology 2. New product development: New product/new customer development process follow-up (quality planning in advance) Organize customer audits Integration of new product/customer quality requirements with existing quality management system Inspect and test different products to see if they meet expected standards Organize/implement quality training 3. Quality control Randomly check the records of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, find problems and deal with them in a timely manner According to the daily quality inspection data, regularly analyze and research the quality and stability of the product Collect, compare, analyze and verify inspection methods and inspection standards, and apply for updates to superiors for outdated or problematic inspection methods and inspection standards
Qualifications
  1. Age 25-35 years
  2. Bachelor's degree in related field
  3. proficient in quality tools and aluminum processing knowledge
  4. strong problem data analysis ability
  5. communication ability/coordination ability, proficient in Office tools,
  6. More than 5 years working experience
  7. Familiar with ISO9001/16949 system
  8. Good communication skills in Chinese/English
