Job Descriptions
Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, and performance evaluations. Customer Support: Serve as the first line of contact for customers via phone, email, chat or conference call, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to higher-level staff when necessary. Order Management: Process orders, returns, invoices, promised date, pre-alert, tracking, and updates to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. OTD (on time delivery). Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Aegistek & Cheval’s products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in all interactions. Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help identify trends and suggest improvements for products and services. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery. Supervise subordinates to ensure their work meets our quality standards. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotations and correctness. Logistics Management: Oversea and coordinate with the production plan with the movement of goods from factory to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Transportation Coordination: Schedule and manage transportation for inbound and outbound shipments, including negotiating rates with carriers and managing shipping documentation.
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/ หญิง อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจ มนุษยศาสตร์ ภาษาอังกฤษ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน logistics และประสานงานต่างประเทศ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. Excellent english communication skills.
  5. TOEIC 785 ขึ้นไป
  6. strong coordination
