Job Descriptions
Working: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00)
Location: Rojana Industrial Park(Ayutthaya)
Duties:
As an assistant of accounting function, bear the following responsibility
- Proper provision of information and communication with external accounting firms.
(as a window person between KT and accounting firms)
- Work / communicate with Logistic and Administration staffs for daily operation.
- Continued communication with Koki Japan (Head Office).
- Continued confirmation of deposit and withdrawal trends.
- Controlling and supervising the expenses for the less cash-out.
- Support for other related activities and reports required by Thai law.
- 5S for all office area
Qualifications
- Female (Age 25- 40 years)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Prefer)
- Need accounting / bookkeeping experience at least more than 3- 5 years in manufacturing.
- Experience of using ERP systems (any type)
- Able to communicate in English language
