Job Descriptions
1.Preparing and organizing various official forms for registration in relation to corporate matters.
2.Reviewing and correcting registration forms to ensure data accuracy.
3.Reviewing and processing documents related to incorporate and registration.
4.Submitting registration applications and obtaining required corporate documents.
5.Monitoring deadlines for and following up on each aspect of transaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill and service mind
- 1 year up for experience knowledge in corporate & commercial law and registration
- Experience in contract review and negotiation corporate meeting activities participation
- Good command of spoken and written in English
