Job Descriptions
- ทำความเข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์ (Produce) ของบริษัท
- ประสานงาน และตอบคำถามลูกค้า มีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าโดยตรงทุกช่องทางการสื่อสาร เช่น โทรศัพท์ ไลน์ เฟสบุ๊ค ฯลฯ
- รับผิดชอบดูแลการใช้งานของลูกค้า และสร้างประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และจัดการกับปัญหาให้เป็นไปในทิศทางที่ดี รวมถึงเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคุยกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการประสานงานกับบุคคลอื่นได้ดี
- หากใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
