Job DescriptionsQualifications
1. Male or Female Age 30-40 years
2. Bachelor Degree Major Human resource management, or Related
3. 8 Years for Experience in HRM, Employee Relation, Recruitment
4. Good command in English (both spoken and written)
5. Good Leadership and work well as a Team
6. Good knowledge in system IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 etc.
7. Good knowledge of Labor law,
8. Keep secret, service mind good attitude, have skill for Problem Solving
Qualifications - To Manage and supervise on Employee Relations, Recruitment function be accuracy.
- To support ISO System such as IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 and develop team members including working environment & HR practice.
- To support team regarding to employee relations with problem solving & Communication.
- To summarize, generate and analyze all reports for employee relations, recruitment related.
- To initiate and implement action plan to be achieved as specific target and able to lead work with team for new assignment .
- To support and develop knowledge & skills of team member
- To summary all monthly report and submit to related department
- Other work as assigned
