Job Descriptions
• ทำการสำรวจสถานที่พื้นที่ จัดทำแบบฟอร์มสำรวจ ที่ได้รับตาม Requirement
• ศึกษา และทำความเข้าใจการทำงานของอุปกรณ์หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อทำการ Setup ระบบและแก้ไขปัญหาได้
• ทดสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเทคนิค เมื่อลูกค้าแจ้งเข้ามา
• ประสานงานกับ Project Coordinator เรื่อง Specification และ User's Manual
• ดูแลบริการหลังการขาย
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีความรู้และมีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการติดตั้ง
- มีทักษะด้าน Linux system
- มีทักษะด้าน Virtualization
- มีทักษะด้าน Basic network
- มีทักษะด้านVOIP skill (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
