Job Descriptions
1. ติดต่อพูดคุยกับลูกค้าเพื่อบริหารความสัมพันธ์ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์
2. ดูแลลูกค้า แนะนำข้อมูลด้านสินค้า วิธีการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท
3. นำเสนอขายสินค้า (Cross Selling) ให้กับลูกค้าที่อยู่ภายใต้การดูแล
4. ผลักดันยอดขายให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับ
5. รับเรื่องและแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้า
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม.3 ขึ้นไป
- อายุตั้งแต่ 20 - 35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านเทเลเซลล์ และ บริการลูกค้า 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- รักในการขายสินค้า และ กระหายในการรายได้จากยอดขาย
- มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะการขาย
- มีความอดทนเป็นเลิศ
- ไม่ย่อท้อต่อความกดดัน
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
