Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and visually communicate our brand's message. As a Graphic Designer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling visual assets, and overseeing the design team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing ideas to life and ensure brand consistency across all channels. If you have a keen eye for design, a passion for marketing, and the ability to inspire and lead a teaDevelop and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. -Create eye-catching and effective visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other marketing collateral, aligned with brand guidelines. -Lead and mentor the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. -Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand objectives and translate ideas into compelling visual designs. -Manage and prioritize design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. -Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing materials, such as website graphics, social media content, email templates, and digital ads. -Conceptualize and design print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and trade show displays. -Stay up to date with design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into marketing strategies. -Ensure brand consistency and visual integrity across all marketing materials and touchpoints. -Review and approve design work to maintain high-quality standards and alignment with brand guidelines. -Measure and analyze the performance of marketing materials, and use insights to improve design effectiveness. -Design templates for our Production Department

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer Marketing Manager or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and design projects.
Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant applications.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication in English
