Job Descriptions
- ดูแลร้านค้าSME E-commerce ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์,Line,Line Official - ให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานระบบOMS กับลูกค้าใหม่ - ให้คำแนะนำดูแลในส่วนงานการประสานงานร้านค้า - คอยซัพพอร์ทและแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าในทันที - ประสานงานแผนกอื่นๆภายในบริษัท (IT,Operation,บัญชี) - ตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่ง - ทำเคลมขนส่ง - จัดทำ Report งานที่ทำทุกๆวัน
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25-35 ขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิ ปวช,ปวส – ปริญญาตรี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ E-commerce 2 ปี
  4. มีความรู้ด้าน Marketplace Shopee, Lazada
  5. ใจรักบริการ ใส่ใจ เต็มใจให้บริการลูกค้า มี Service mind มีทักษะในการเจรจา
  6. มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาตอบแชท
  7. ใจเย็น มีสติ และทัศนคติที่ดี อัธยาศัยดี เข้ากับคนอื่นได้ง่าย ไม่ใช้อารมณ์ในการแก้ปัญหา
  8. มีมุมมองที่ดีต่อลูกค้าและองค์กร สามารถปรับตัวตามนโยบายขององค์กรได้
  9. สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ หรือ อาทิตย์ได้ ตอบแชทในวันหยุดได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
