Trade and Marketing Planning & Execution: - Develop monthly/quarterly trade and marketing plans aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns. - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of trade and marketing activities. Budget and Resource Management: - Plan and monitor campaign budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources. - Evaluate ROI for promotional and marketing initiatives. Partner and Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strategic relationships with trade partners and retailers. - Present proposals and initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. Market and Trend Analysis: - Track and analyze market trends and consumer behavior. Gather insights and provide recommendations for improving trade strategies. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: - Coordinate with internal teams such as design, product, and operations to ensure smooth campaign execution. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade planning, marketing roles.
Strong project planning and management skills.
Proficient in data analysis with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Experience in relevant industries such as FMCG, E-commerce, or Retail.
