Job Descriptions
• Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's corporate sales targets. This includes setting sales goals, forecasting sales revenues. • Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives or account managers. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets. • Managing Individual Sale Target and Team Target to achieve as set. • Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Lead sales presentations and negotiations with corporate clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts that highlight the value proposition of the company's products or services.
Qualifications
  1. Direct Experience as Corporate Sale Manager (Any Business) or Direct Experience as Corporate Insurance Manager.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Excellent understanding of market dynamics in Group Life and Non-Life Insurance.
