Job Descriptions

• Manage all daily production activities to achieve productivity, yield, and quality goals while ensuring efficient resource utilization. • Perform root cause analysis, solve production issues, and implement preventive and improvement plans to avoid recurrence. • Ensure production machines are properly set up and parameters are adjusted to meet required quality standards and maximize output. • Provide timely and accurate production reports to management and other relevant stakeholders. • Train new staff in basic production knowledge, safety protocols, and on-the-job training (OJT), ensuring they meet required performance standards. • Manage and develop staff in alignment with company regulations and the Nefab Code of Conduct, promoting a positive work environment. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Planning teams to ensure production processes run smoothly and meet company objectives. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity. • Monitor key production metrics (KPIs) and ensure that targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in any field, preferred from Engineering, Technical field or Industrial Management.
Proven experience in production, manufacturing experience with plastic processing, or corrugated box mfg. or wooden crate manufacturing is advantage.
At least 3 years of experience as in management level for supervisor and 5 years of experience for asst. manager manager.
Good English communication for read and write.
Good Computer literacy (MS.Work, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
Good interpersonal skills, well organized and leadership ability.
Basic ISO 9001, ISO 14001 knowledge are preferred.
