Job Descriptions
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารขออนุมัติขอเพิ่ม/โยก งบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายและ Investment เพื่อให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อปฎิบัติตามอำนาจดำเนินการของบริษัทฯ • ติดต่อ ประสานงาน และรับผิดชอบในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้การดำเนินการเรื่องงานงบประมาณและเพื่อในทำงานอยู่ในระเบียบและกฏของบริษัทฯ • ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล GL และเอกสารในระบบ SAP และอนุมัติ ใบอนุมัติการขอซื้อ (PR) • ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ GL และ ปิด WBS Elements Plant ในระบบ SAP • วิเคราะห์ Budget Tracking Template Expenses • จัดทำรายงานสรุป Investment Repairs / Replace Asset & New Asset รายเดือน และนำส่งออกPlant ที่รับผิดชอบ • ประสานงานและ จัดทำ Annual expenses budget (รายปี) และ Budget Rolling Expenses รายไตรมาส เพื่อควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายให้อยู่ในงบประมาณ • ประสานงาน และ จัดทำรายงาน Annual Investment budget (รายปี) และ Rolling Investment รายไตรมาส • จัดทำข้อมูลในระบบ SAP สำหรับส่วนงานงบประมาณ • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีด้านการเงิน การบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการจัดทำบัญชีงบประมาณ 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. มีความรู้การใช้งาน MS Office ในระดับดี
  4. มีความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับปานกลาง
