Job Descriptions
1. รับผิดชอบการโทรออกหาลูกค้าเพื่อยืนยันข้อมูล นําเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ เชิญเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม สิทธิประโยชน์ แจ้งโปรโมชั่น และสอบถามความพึงพอใจตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
2. ให้บริการข้อมูลแก่ลูกค้า หรือรับเรื่องคําแนะนําติชมจากลูกค้า บันทึกข้อมูลอย่างถูกต้องเพื่อ ส่งต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการของทางบริษัทให้กับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ และติดตามผลเพื่อปิดการขาย
4. ทํารายงานสรุปผลการโทรติดตาม รายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
5. ติดต่อประสานงานกับสาขา หรือส่วนงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 6 months of experience in a Call Center or Telesales role
- Basic computer and operating system skills (MS Word/MS Excel)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle situations under pressure
- Flexible work hours to meet customer needs or contribute to the overall benefit of the company
- Responsible and disciplined in carrying out tasks
