Job Descriptions
- Define and review quality management system standards and plan activities to achieve KPIs. - Monitor inspections of production processes and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements. - Address customer complaints and quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Manage client communications, prepare reports, and support external audits. - Collect and analyze quality data and propose improvements. - Promote Lean strategies and KAIZEN activities to enhance manufacturing operations. - Ensure compliance with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards and regulatory requirements. - Lead, manage, and develop team members to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
  2. At least 8 years of combined experience as an engineer in QA/QC/Production.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position (Assistant Manager or higher).
  4. TOEIC score of 800 or above (Fluent in both English and Thai).
  5. Proven experience with automotive parts or equivalent manufacturing standards and requirements.
  6. Proficient in using measurement equipment such as CMM, Contracer, and other measuring tools for hands-on inspection.
  7. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  8. Experience living or studying abroad.
  9. Proficiency in a third language, such as Japanese.
