Job Descriptions
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ:
- จัดทำเอกสาร bidding
- ประสานงานโครงการ
- จัดทำ presentation
- เข้าใจและสามารถตรวจสอบให้ความเห็นในการจัดทำแผนงาน / แผนการเบิกงวดงาน / cashflow ของโครงการ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดการส่งงานที่เร่งด่วนได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานที่ต้อง multi-task ได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถบริหารจัดการงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ด้วยตนเอง
- ทำงานเชิงรุก คิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ได้ดี
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาการบริหารการก่อสร้าง / สถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 10 ปี ด้านประสานงานในโครงการก่อสร้างทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน
- ผ่านงานที่ปรึกษา/ผู้รับเหมา ในช่วงการก่อสร้าง หรือเคยอยู่ฝ่ายงานประมูล bidding
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี / หากมี TOEIC จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทัศนะคติในการทำงานที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และสามารถปรับตัวเข้าหาผู้อื่นได้
