Job Descriptions
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Communicate on a daily basis with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide a professional customer service.
- Prepare quotations, receive orders, production orders and follow up on customer orders to deliver to customers matters.
- Strong communication and sales goals. Establishing good relationships with customers.
- Liaise between customers and internal departments.
- Contact shipping for export.
- Prepare report summary plan and progress reports for director.
- Preparing jewelry products for exhibitions.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in jewelry industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in jewelry or knowledge of gems and jewelry.
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Responsible personality, accountability and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Customer service orientation skills.
