Job Descriptions1. Review the project's terms of reference (TOR) such as the scope of work, schedule, manpower/main equipment, and payment to comply with the client’s project needs and contracts.
2. Monitor, track, and communicate project status updates regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to the CEO.
3. Track progress and foresee any delays/obstructions.
4. Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation. Prepare presentations/ proposals if required.
5. Keep project documentation up to date, ensuring all files are well-organized and easily accessible.
6. Create and distribute project reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation as required.
7. Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and team members, providing updates on project status.
8. Facilitate effective communication among the project team, management, and CEO.
9. Coordinate various project activities, including organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials.
10. Conduct research and prepare information to assist the CEO in decision-making.
11. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders of important tasks and deadlines.
