We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand, product and services. In this role, you will be responsible for Brand Content, Marketing Communications, Digital marketing, Event& Promotion, Product planning, and New Product Development Process to optimize our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts and analyze trends in order to increase brand awareness and profitability. - Manage brand and product development for all marketing and sales channel - Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies - Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts - Generating new business leads - Increasing brand awareness and market share -Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales and product development - Developing and managing the marketing department's budget - Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns - Managing the marketing department's staff - Preparing and presenting reports to management - Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events - Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends - Developing and executing the marketing plan for brand across all business areas including media properties online and offline

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree on higher in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous
At least ten years' experience as a marketing manager
Understanding of NPD process, marketing strategies and data analysis
Extensive knowledge of online marketing strategies, channels, and branding
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, copy writing, content, PR, corporate communications and how to measure
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
