Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินด้านการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ 2. พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิต 3. ติดตามประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อปรับปรุง 4. จัดการทีมการผลิตและตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ 5. ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและมาตรฐานคุณภาพ 6. เก็บรักษาเอกสารเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมด้านการผลิต 7. วิเคราะห์สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงในกระบวนการผลิตและพัฒนาแผนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว 8. ตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาการผลิต 9. จัดกำลังคนและควบคุมพนักงานสายการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับการผลิต 10. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. การศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. เพศชาย อายุ 28 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์หัวหน้างานฝ่ายผลิต อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการควบคุมงานฝ่ายผลิตอย่างดี
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. สามารถทำงานหยุดอาทิตย์ละ 1 วันได้ (วันหยุดตามที่บริษัทกำหนด)
  8. มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  9. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา และทำงานเป็นกะได้
