Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและจัดเตรียมตารางนัดหมายกับลูกค้าต่างๆ และอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้บริหาร - สรุปการประชุมเรื่องที่เจ้านายต้องติดต่อกับลูกค้า - สรุปงานในแต่ละวัน ให้ผู้บริหาร - จัดทำและเก็บรักษาเอกสารตามที่ได้มอบหมายได้อย่างถูกต้อง - ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายใน และภายนอกองค์กร - ติดตามผู้บริหารออกพบลูกค้า ในกรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัด - ทำงาน จ.-ส. เวลา 08:00-17:00 น.
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบกาณ์ด้านงานเลขานุการ ตั้งแต่ 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อายุ 26 - 40 ปี (สาขา ออกแบบภายใน สถาปัตยกรรม ภูมิทัศน์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
  3. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่
  4. มีความสามารถในการใช้ อุปกรณ์ IT เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ มือถือ แท็ปเล็ต
  5. มีไหวพริบ ทักษะการหาวิธีการ แก้ปัญหาต่างด้วยตนเอง
  6. มีทัศนะคติด้านบวก เมื่อเจอปัญหา
  7. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
  8. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  9. มีความยืดหยุ่นกับเวลาการทำงานและหน้าที่ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  10. สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้ (ในบางครั้ง)
