Responsibilities: Product Concept Deck Design: Develop comprehensive concept decks that clearly communicate product visions and specifications to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Product Innovation: Lead the ideation and formulation of new products by staying abreast of industry trends and leveraging insights from market research to ensure our offerings are cutting-edge and market-relevant. Mock-Up Creations & Prototype Testing: Oversee the design and testing of product prototypes. Gather and integrate feedback to refine functionalities and designs, ensuring product viability and market fit. Production: Quality Control & Batch Management: Manage all aspects of production, including quality control processes and batch retention, to maintain the highest standards of product quality and compliance. Multiple Project Management: Coordinate with suppliers, factories, team members, clients, and regulatory bodies like the FDA to ensure project timelines, budgets, and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

Proven track record in product development, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or related industries.
Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of quality control, regulatory compliance, and batch management.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
Creative and good taste for design
