Job Descriptions
- Develop section policy and action plan.
- Manage and supervise one's subordinates' work.
- Responsible for production planning and production control.
- Check and follow up the production performance to achieve the target as planned.
- Analyze and tackle the problem of production effectively.
- Logistics control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering related
- Male only age 38 year up.
- At least 10 years' experience in manufacturing and production control (press/ welding/ molding)
- At least 5 year experience in production in auto parts industry (Tier 1)
- Experience in human resource development and production management.
- Have the ability to read, write and speak in English or Japanese
